Description
PDB-REPRDB : Representative protein chains from PDB

Method :

The PDB-REPRDB consists of a list of representative protein chains. The criteria of selecting the representatives are,
  1. quality of the atomic coordinate data,
  2. sequence uniqueness, and
  3. conformation uniqueness, particularly local conformation uniqueness.
For more information, see the document.

How to use :

  1. Read 'PDB-REPRDB Selection Criterion'.

  2. The table shows each number of representative chains selected by the combinations of above criteria, 'a)' and 'b)'.
And, to click number in the table, you can see the representative chains list.
