PDB-REPRDB V4.0 (based on PDB Rel. #81)

  This system was upgraded at 6 January 1998.
  The numbers of CA atoms (n_ca) have been added in the new lists,
 and the new Web pages show the similar chains to the representative ones.
(see the document.)

The number of selected chains in PDB-REPRDB at sevral threshold sequence identity (ID%) and maximum distance between the pair of atoms each from the two structures (Dmax).
This table and the lists of representative protein chains were updated at 16 December.
